Webhooks
Public outbound webhooks are not currently documented. Billing and provider callbacks used by Claura are internal integration surfaces.
Availability
Do not assume internal callback routes are stable or callable by customer systems.
Plan an event integration
Contact support with the events you need—for example document imported, source disconnected, export completed, or request resolved—and the security and retry requirements.
Expected contract
Any future webhook contract will require signature verification, idempotent handling, bounded retries, and workspace-level event scoping before it is considered production-ready.
