Accounting firms

Client workspaces

Each client has a separate business workspace for sources, documents, requests, archive periods, and financial memory.

Switching workspaces

Your active workspace controls the documents and actions in view. Firm owners can see all clients; accountants and viewers see the clients assigned or otherwise permitted to them.

Assign responsibility

A firm owner can assign a primary accountant and an optional secondary accountant to a client. This supports clear ownership without mixing client data.

Client overview

The overview brings together connection health, recent documents, open requests, archive readiness, and activity for the selected client.

CLAURA NOTE

Financial context should stay connected.

Claura keeps the document, conversation, and decision together—so the next person never has to reconstruct the story.
