Errors
Understand the error states visible in the Claura product and how to recover safely.
Source errors
A source can show a disconnected provider, expired authorization, failed historical or incremental sync, ingestion failure, or stale health timestamp. Reconnect or retry from Sources after confirming the mailbox account.
Access errors
A 401 indicates the user session is not valid. A 403 indicates the signed-in user or active workspace role lacks the requested capability. Re-authenticate or switch to an authorized workspace.
Processing and export errors
Queued work can move through processing, completed, or failed. Failed exports retain an error state; review the selection and retry rather than assuming a partial file is complete.
Search degradation
Search can report unavailable sources, incomplete coverage, timeouts, or a zero-result explanation. Treat the coverage message as part of the answer.
Financial context should stay connected.
Claura keeps the document, conversation, and decision together—so the next person never has to reconstruct the story.
