Billing
Billing is attached to the billable workspace; client workspaces managed by a firm inherit the firm’s applicable plan limits.
Plan and usage
Owners can review the current plan, status, entitlements, and usage. Limits can include clients and inboxes per client.
Manage billing
Only workspace owners can start checkout or open the billing portal. Subscription changes are handled through Claura’s billing provider.
Client workspaces
A managed client workspace does not create an unrelated duplicate subscription when it inherits the accounting firm’s plan.
