Accounting firms

Invite a client

Create a client workspace, invite the client contact, and establish a managed relationship without taking ownership of the client’s account.

Create the client workspace

From the firm workspace, add the client name and optional client reference. Claura creates a business-type client workspace that can be assigned to accountants.

Send the invitation

Enter the client email and optional contact name. Invitations can be resent or revoked. The client reviews the invitation and accepts it into the selected workspace.

How access works

The firm-client relationship gives permitted accountants access to the client workspace. It does not turn the accountant into the workspace owner, and disconnecting the relationship removes that relationship-based access.

CLAURA NOTE

Financial context should stay connected.

Claura keeps the document, conversation, and decision together—so the next person never has to reconstruct the story.
