Administration
Security
Claura combines provider authorization, workspace isolation, role checks, source health, MFA policy, and audit data to protect financial work.
Provider access
Review the OAuth permissions shown by Gmail or Microsoft before connecting. Managed tenants may require administrator approval.
Workspace controls
Every workspace write is checked against a central capability matrix, with database policies providing an additional boundary.
MFA enforcement
Workspace owners can configure an MFA requirement and enforcement state. Claura tracks whether privileged members have verified TOTP and whether stronger authentication is currently required.
Security statements
Claura describes connected inbox access as read-only in its public product materials: it does not send, delete, or modify email. Security and compliance claims should always be evaluated against the current agreement and provider consent screen.
Financial context should stay connected.
Claura keeps the document, conversation, and decision together—so the next person never has to reconstruct the story.
