Getting started

What is Claura?

Claura is a financial inbox that retrieves financial documents from the accounts where they already arrive and turns them into searchable, traceable financial context.

A financial inbox—not another upload portal

Claura connects to Gmail and Outlook, collects invoices, receipts, bills, credit notes, statements, confirmations, and supporting documents, then keeps each item tied to its original source.

What Claura does

The product combines document collection, structured extraction, financial search, period archives, missing-document review, and accountant collaboration in one workspace.

  • Collects documents from connected email accounts and supported storage sources.
  • Extracts supplier, date, amount, currency, billing entity, and document type.
  • Answers questions with source coverage and evidence attached.
  • Builds exports for a period, selection, client, or accountant workflow.

Who it is for

Business owners and finance teams use Claura to make their own financial records searchable. Accounting firms use firm and client workspaces to manage collection, requests, review, and cross-client search without forcing every client into the same mailbox setup.

CLAURA NOTE

Financial context should stay connected.

Claura keeps the document, conversation, and decision together—so the next person never has to reconstruct the story.
